Hi
I want to combine multiple colums for same entry and display as one .. can some one guide me how to do it thanks ..
Name Qty Amt Rate %of Total
NITE 25 100 2
NITE 32 300 2
NITE 10 150 2
MLCO 20 200 4
STFL 22 250 6
LQNT 85 200 4
NITE 10 100 2
so i want final results to display something like this
Name Qty Amt Rate %of Total
NITE 77 650 2
MLCO 20 200 4
STFL 22 250 6
LQNT 85 200 4

Add a group on Name, you can then sum all your figures into the group footer. You can then suppress your details line.
