hi

I don't think CR8 can manage page orientation.  In CR 2008 they interduced page orientation.

You may have to reduce the font size to fit into Portrait.

Thanks,

Thanks. i figured that it was a step too far!   would you know how to suppress a column in a cross tab if blah blah (column header)= 0 pls? This may help reduce the need to go landscape.

Hi

Think you have a country on your columns and would like to suppress USA country column based on some condition.

Go in Record Selection and specify the condition, it will remove that column from your corss tab.

Example : {Customer.Country} <> 'USA'

There is no option we can remove a column from Cross Tab because these columns / values are grouped values and are coming directly from your database.
Thanks,
Sastry

I am not able to see the page orientation option in CR. I am using embedded crystal report of VS 2008. Is this CR 2008 version?

Hi

I don't know about embedded CR,  but in CR 2008 Go in Report Menu--Section Expart--Paging Tab

Here you will find Default, Portrait and Landscape.  You can define section wise page orientation if you want.
Thanks,

VS2008 comes with the Crystal 10 runtime.  In order to upgrade that you have to actually purchase Crystal 2008 and install it after you install VS.
