Generally duplicated records are a join issue. But if you cannot fix it with join(s), then in the menu bar - Database -Select Distinct Records can remove duplicate records.
Depending on the nature of duplication, sometimes using the Previous or Next functions can help also.

Are you using a command? If so, you should be able to put in DISTINCT in the select statement. If you are using a view or stored procedure, then it becomes the question on whether or not a new view or SP needs to be created to help eliminate the issue. If you are using two different data sources, then you might be able to do some sort of special grouping and hide the details.
