i need a report like
regno semno     subjects........
09001     1      09T01 09E01
              2      09T02 09E02 09C01 09C02

I am new to crystal report. Please help me

Try formatting the RegNo field and check "suppress if duplicated". Then sort, ascending, on SemNo. Either remove or suppress the SlNo field (I'd just suppress it myself) and I'm not sure if the SubjectCode will print on 1 line or multiple but if it doesn't I'm sure someone else can make you a formula that will do the trick.

I am tried it, i cant get any solutions to print subject codes in online. Please let me know any formula to do the trick.
