I'm having an issue with using gantt charts in crystal report 2008. Im using it to report on the up and downtime of records but the Y-Axis is causing me issues.

 

The Y axis details the records title (A typical reference number) but it is skipping groups. THe data on the gantt chart is there but the corresponding label on the Y axis is skipping every other entry. I have tried to untick the skip option but his is greyed out. Is there the ability to "Spread" the graph over multiple pages so the data isnt so crammed?

 

Any other sollutions would be much appreaciated.
