hi
i have a report with StartDate and EndDate parameters and need to calculate time worked per staff. from my parameters i want to create a formula that will list dates as

from the startdate selection to EndDate selection. and be able to show time worked against the list of dates and if no staff worked duting the specific date it should show 0.

I would think that you could use the datediff formula to group by (datediff("d",{?StartDate},{DateField}) ) inside of the staff group. Not sure how to do time calculation for staff. Not enough information given.
