Crystal Reports Crystal report seems to be slow in windows 7 servi

     HI all,
         we are using the application which works in openedge 10.2 A and crystal reports XI R2  service pack 6  for printing the reports 
           we have some problem using the crystal report XI R2 service pack  6 in the window 7 or window 7 service pack 1.

          The problem only occurs in the windows 7 and the same crystal reports works fine in the windows xp and windows 2003 server.

         Average time taken in windows xp and windows 2003 server is 4 seconds
         Average time taken in the windows 7 and windows 7 service pack 1 takes 14- 15 seconds.
        when we debug the launching of report from application, we found the problem during the following statement    
chReport = chApplication:OpenReport(Reportpath,1).
  This statements takes 2 seconds in the windows xp and windows 2003 server and the same statement takes 14 seconds in the windows 7 or windows 7 service pack 1.
       For more information we have checked the Performance by disabling the certificate revocation and some other startup service.
     Can anybody have any idea what all execution happens when this (chApplication:OpenReport )statement executes.
