Hi, Hopefully someone can help me out with this. I have taken over a Crystal Reports/Business Objects XI system that was set up some time ago. We have a considerable amount of reports listed with multiple users/Groups having view only access to each one. Unfortunately, no one thought to document which users/groups had access to each report and vice versa.
Is there anyway to create a report that could give me this information about each report, and/or conversely, allow me to create a report that shows what reports a user or group has access to?
With the amount of reports involved, it would be extremely time consuming to to this for each and every report in the list, but it's information that I'm needing more and more often.
