Hey buddies, this is my first post in your very helpful forum. I have a problem that i don't believe that it should take a long time to be solved :(
I am working on a crosstab report for school grades. The report should display students grades in a specific term and then define the min,max,avg for male & female students.

Now here is my problem ... one of our client requirements is to highlight the blank cells in the report ( when a student is not carrying a subject ) .. i tried various formulas like:
if ( Table.subject = null then crGray ) ...but it didn't work since the subject itself doesn't exist in the table


I really need your help guyz
