Each person could have more than one case. Each case has a beginning and, if the case is closed, an ending date.
If they have more than one case and the beginning date of one of the cases falls between the beginning and ending date of another one of their cases then I don't want them on my report.
I'm feeling brain-dead trying to figure out how to compare the date ranges in a group?
