Hi All,

Please could somebody please guide me if possible, I'm not a developer and our company developer is no more, we have a system that generates reportes running on CR8.0, the server is a Windows 2000 server box, it was just virtualised, since then the reports are no longer generated.
When you try export a report from the web front end, the box pops up and you can select the required format (Crystal, xls, doc or whatever, then you click on OK

It just says Exporting report  and nothing further? No error or anything

I have no idea where to look for the problem, is there a log somewhere? Could it be the virtualiation? - Apologies for the lack of information here
