Hi all,

I created a report with the stock number of cases and value of cases. This is grouped by department name.

Now the problem I'm having, is that I want to combine 3 groups. If the department is Back Office, Field or Consumer, I want all the values from these 3 departments to be showed as 1 department, Consumer. Is this possible? And yes, can anyone help me write this formula?

Thanks in advance

KR

Write a formula;

if {table.deptname} in ["Back Office", "Field", "Consumer"]
then "Consumer"
else {table.deptname}

Then group by this formula instead of the {table.deptname} field.

Regards,
Ryan.

So simple, yet so effective. Seriously, when you are working days on a row on stuff like this, your brain is getting mushed. Thanks
