This is on a Windows 7 64bit box; Was working fine up until a week ago, wouldn't have been a Windows Update as we control those and they go out the last week of every other month.

I have reloaded the program, reloaded office 2010 and reloaded all printer drivers.

problem event name: appcrash
application name: crw32.exe
application version: 11.0.0.0.1282
Fault Module: StackHash_bb81

I don't think any of this helps, but I am at a loss and would rather not reload this machine for this program having issues.

Way to step up and offer some assistance to a new person here... I ended up fixing this on my own. Thanks, but no thanks

So what was the cause of the crash, and how did you fix it? Was it related to Crystal, to a printer, or something else?
