Topic: Counter on the x axis in a graph

We have a graph of total grouped by dates on the x
axis. We want to show instead of a counter record date for each date.
That is 1,2,3,4, ...
instead of 01/01/2012, 01/02/2012, 01/03/2012, 01/04/2012.
Anyone know what to do to get that result?

try instead of a date field use a formula like
day(table.date)

In the (table.date) i have just 1 register for each monday of the week and that's not return me 1,2,3,4,.... Since then I can fix this?
By the way I would also like to know why doesn't appear all the registers on the labels of the x axis, just alterning some of them.
There's any way to configure the graph for this not happen?
