Group records with a set group size...

OK let me explain what im doing.   My data is a list of all our workstations with the date and time their record was created in our assett tracking system.

So lets say I have 100 old workstations and I can replace 10 a week.  I would like to be able to build a report that sorted the workstations by age and then group them in groups of 10 with the week they will be replaced calculated.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Set up a running total to do a record count.  Then use integer divide ("\" in the equation instead of "/") to divide the record count by the number you can replace in a week to get which week each computer will be replaced in.
