Hi I want to display data based on month vertically with some other data. I used crosstab table but it gives me funny result. Can anyone Please help me.

from the looks of this crosstab doesn't seem like the right choice
try creating  groups 1st manager name 2nd RepCode 3rd employee name
suppress details and place appropriate fields into group header 3
you would probably need to do summaries for months like
if table.date in date(2011,1,1) to date(2011,1,31) then sum(table.field to summarize,Emp name)
