Hi.

I really need some help on this.

Ex.

Fields:        F1    F2    F3
                   A      X      1
                   B      X      1
                   B     XX     1
                   C    XXX    1

In F1 the duplicated field is 'B'
I need to remove the duplicated fields plus its whole row.

The preview will be like this:

Fields:        F1    F2    F3
                   A      X     1
                   C    XXX   1

Is it posible in crystal report? Anyone could help me? Please... T_T

The following assumes F3 always equals 1, it will need minor adjustments if that field contains different values.

Create a group on the F1 field.

Now, goto Report >  Selection Formulas > Group...
Enter the following (Replace fields names so they're relevant to to your table)

sum({table.F3},{table.F1}) = 1

Regards,
Ryan.

It works. Thank you for your help. :)

Can I have a followup question? regarding again on the problem above.

How can I total or count each item.

Example

Group 1
F1     F2     F3
A       X       1
C       XX     1
Group 2
A       X       1
C       X       1

I need to display this:
Total
A X: 2
C XX: 1
C X:1

Thank yo again.
