Hello,
I am using an Administrator account to login to the Crystal Reports scheduler to upload new crystal report. I get an error which says
"Failed to read data from report file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp3E5B.rpt. Reason: Failed to copy the file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp3E5B.rpt to %2 in file system operation. Please check access rights. Reason: %3"

when you created crystal report did you use
Administrator account as well to connect to the database? if not then open the report connect using Administrator account run the report save it try to upload it again.
