I have a script written that has 3 parameters -- all pointing to the same primary key (pk_IDNumber):

Parameter Name #1:  Client Number 1
Parameter Name #2:  Client Number 2
Parameter Name #3:  Client Number 3

When the user enters data in the 'Client Number 1' parameter, I also want additional data to print on the report (i.e., client's name and address) that is associated with the primary key of pk_IDNumber for that client.  If the user enters data in the 'Client Number 2' parameter, I want the same additional data to print on the report (i.e., client's name and address) that is associated with the pk_IDNumber for that second client.

Can anyone advise me?

if I understand you correctly your paranms are crystal params.
if so, you can set your select statement to:
table.clientno=param1
or
table.clientno=param2
or
table.clientno=param3

group on client id
set up your address fields int he detail sections

Note: you can also make one parameter set to allow multiple selections
