Hello All, This is a simple one but i just wondering why it is not working, i am displaying four summary columns in my crystal XI report and applying the suppression logic if first three columns returns zero but this is not working any one suggest me what could be the reason if i consider for one coulmn the supreesion is working but if add one more into that it is not working my formula is like sum(tbl1.fild1,grpfiled)=0 and sum(tbl1.filed2,grpfield) and sum(tbl1.field3,grpfiled) and sum(tbl1.field4,grpfield)

Thanks in advance
Regards

probably rahmaniac22 is correct with the 'OR'

suppression is a bit backwards, what you want to do is to craft a statement that returns TRUE when you want to HIDE the data.  Always seems a bit backwards.

If you are looking to hide entries where certain columns are all zero, then you logic would be a set of AND conditions.  What might be happening is that there may be NULLS in the data and not zero, which might be causing the formula to return an incorrect value.

ISNULL({table.field}) is a way to check this.  From DBlank, always check for NULLS first then for an actual value, like:

isnull({table.field}) or {table.field} = 7

Not exactly but this condition should work only if all together zero then only should supress
