Hi,

We have a badge report created in Crystal 9 and for some reason it's "printing one badge per function" on the attendees record.

If someone just registered for the conference it prints 1 badge but, if they registered for the conference and selected 1 additional item it's printing 2 badges... the good thing is (if there is one) it's printing the same info on both badges.

Any leads on where/what to check would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have one detail line for each item selected, and so more than one line for the conference attendee?
If so , I would group on the conference attendee, and put the printing in the group footer.

Yes, there can be one or more detail line per attende.

I grouped and added to the group footer and it gets me one step closer, it's still printing one badge per function but at least it's grouping.  Worse case I can tell it to print which page(s) and get away with that if i don't find a resolution.

thanks!

Did you suppress the detail line?
