Crystal Reports Parameter Report Field

     Hello - I have a users that are prompted for input parameters.  The parameters of start date and end date are stored on the report.  Start date report field is:  ?Start Date(yyyyMMdd) and End Date report field is: ?End Date(yyyyMMdd).  example of data 20110930.  Would like to convert it to 09/30/2011. Your help would be much appreciated.
 
example on report:
     Start Date: 20110930   End Date: 20110930
 
Would like to see converted to:
    Start Date: 09/30/2011  End Date: 09/30/2011
