Hi ,

I am having some "Time" field in my table with varchar datatype. Its carrying value like 2.35E5.Its something like (2.35 rest to power 5)

I need to convert this string into complete digits. Can anybody please tell me the crystal formula so that i can convert this string into number.

it is in scientific notation, is stands for 2.35 x 10^5  or 23500.
I would guess is the number of seconds from some arbitrary date, though it only works out to a little over 2 days.  if it was minutes it would be about 16 days, and if it is days, it would be about 64 years.
