In my report datas of one system will come in one page and datas of another system comes in different page . For that i checked New Page After in the group footer to get the two different systems in different pages. But now my requirement is that. if the datas in system1 and system2 are supposed to contain in one page ,i dont want my report to go to the second page .So how can i set formula for that

you can conditionally enable the new page after setting.
click on the x-2 button for the group that you want to have the new page on (the group footer)
this will return a boolean, true if you want a new page and false if you don't.
You will have to craft a formula that will be able to return true or false that matches your business rules for when systems are supposed to be on the same page.
