I have a crystal report for the Purchase Orders in our ERP system. Each PO is tied to a Work Order number. The work Order contains the customer names.
There are 2 tables in this report. (PO table and Work Order Table)
 
What I want to do is attach a 2 page "terms and conditions" to the end of the Purchase Order if the customer name is a specific name only.

add asection (detial or footer per your design
add a text box with your terms and conditions in that section
condionally maka new pag before and/or after in the section expert using your condition
table.name = "specific name"
consitonally suppress the new added section using the same logic
NOT(table.name = "specific name")

How do I conditionally make a new page?

in the section expert select a section (say GH1)
there are options for 'new page before' and also one for 'new page after'. Youc an eitehr check the box to make it always happen or you can write boolean formula in the formul section (x-2) to conditionally make a new page (e.g. table.name = "specific name")
