Please help me.. i have 1 report that need to finish. My boss threatening me to this project.. Let me tell you my problem.

let say i have 1 table and 4 field

Equipment Table
ID type field
Name field
update record field
due record field


Report Preview

ID Type      Name        Update Record    Due Record
1            tester       12 Aug 2000      15 April 2000
1            tester       15 Sept 2001     25 Aug 2001
1            tester       26 Oct 2010     25 Jan 2011
1            tester       15 mar 2011      23 Sept 2011

What i want is show the record the first Update record history and the last Due record.

ex

ID Type     Name        Update Record     Due Record
1            tester       12 Aug 2000     23 Sept 2011

what i am doing is searching by ID Type.. When i search the ID type it will appear all date history of ID ive search..

Data is correct but how can i customize the report that showing the first Update and Latest Due record date. I have thousands of record in my database...

Im very new in CR.. can you guide me what / how can i do that?

2. I need to show first record from update field and show the last record of Due record field.
