	in crystal enterprise there is a scheduler that will run the report and email it out. there are also some third party tools that are good as well. search the web for some.

	You might be interested to take a look at DocumentBurster - http://www.pdfburst.com/. This is a very good software to schedule and to send Crystal Reports by email. It is possible to schedule the reports to be sent by email at the beginning of each month.
