Topic: Noob forumula query
Posted: 23 Aug 2011 at 3:48am
Hello all,
Just started using Crystal and hit an issue in writing one of my first formulas... good start!
The report displays the credit score of suppliers. What I want is a forumla that displays the score as text ie:
if credit score between 1 and 20 then = "high risk"
and then scale it up 204 - 40 = low risk and so on
My (wrong) effort was:
if{LINKS.LNKEXT_NUM3} <= 20 then totext(High" "Risk)
Can anyone advise?
Thanks

if{LINKS.LNKEXT_NUM3} >=1 and {LINKS.LNKEXT_NUM3} <= 20 then 'High Risk' else
if{LINKS.LNKEXT_NUM3} >=21 and {LINKS.LNKEXT_NUM3} <= 40 then
'med risk'
else
etc......
