Hello

I was wondering if it was possible to have a table of contents in crystal reports?

It will be something that will be printed so its okay if the table of contents does not get generated at the end of the report running.

how would i do this?

One of the 3rd-party Crystal Reports desktop schedulers listed at http://kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html allows you to automate the process of exportiung a report to pdf, adding bookmarks, Table of Contents, and page numbers and, in your case (since you wish to print), printing the resulting pdf file.
