Can you design one page of it?  You should group by client and format your data for the first page.  Then do the following:

1.  Create a second group footer for the client group.
2.  In the Section Expert, turn on "New page after" for the first client group footer section.
3.  Create a subreport for the summary page and place it in the second client group footer section.
4.  In the Section Expert for your main report, turn on "New page after" for the second client group footer section.  Click on the formula button to the right of the checkbox (I think this is available in Crystal 7) and enter "not OnLastRecord" - this will prevent a blank page at the end of the report.
