The issue is the following;

I have a report (CRXI) with different tables, linked for common fields.

 

1 - Equipment detaills - linked with assets for id equipment field.

2 - Open calls -linked with assets for callref field.

3-  Assets

 

so i have until now a report with  3 groups, where is showing the customer, the different models and the differents equipment id (all from the same table, equipment detaills).  it´s ok.

 

Group 1 - Customer

           Group 2 - Model

                      Group 3 - Equipment id

 

the issue is when i try to include a count field of other table (Assets) inside the group 3, it should show me the number of times that the equipment id is in the open call table and works but only show me the equipment id that appear in the assets table and i would need to keep the whole group 3 list and the times for each id.

i have tryed to include the isnull formule but doesn´t works.

 

Please could you help me.
