Hi!
 
I have a Crystal Report that is not returing data. I can browse field data and see the data in the field.  Just did an implementation that switched to another Server Crystal Version 2008 Oracle Server 10.2.0.5, pulling data from HLAB.  the other reports work but this one will not. I tried refreshing the database connectivity nothing we went from ODBC connect to JDBC connectivity.  Any suggestions on what I can try to make the report populate?

did you reset the datasource

then verify the database?

i sometimes log off the server
log back on
check to see if your joins are outer joins to ensure that one environments table has data the other doesnt
