Hello,

I am trying to supress records that does not display data in a certain order.
example,
I want all of the records that display data like this;
1
2
3
4

And if it is not in this exact order, I want to supress it.
is this possible?
Thanks

after the first value is suppressed wouldnt you run into the issue of not seeing anymore values?

Are they separate records or a single record with many lines of data?

If they are separate records, I am not sure if that is possible because you're basically saying something like (assuming you're using groups)

read the line number
if line number is not in order, suppress all records

So if the data returned for a particular group

1
2
4
3

You won't know it's out of order until you actually get to the third record.

On the other hand, if they are single records, you can split on new-line chars and then check that the first character in each line follows the correct order.
