How can I get Totext to return the leading zero when converting a 2 digit number less than 10
 
Example:
ToText ({mytable.mycolumn},0) returns 4 when mycolumn= 4. I want it to return 04. mycolumn is defined as DEC(2,0)
 
If there is another alternative to Totext, that would be OK
