Hi All,
I am trying to schedule a crystal report to a network printer. Everything in the report gets printed, expect the image (logo) present in the report. Any idea what could be the reason?

None that I know and not all printers allow a text only setting though my personal printer at home does is why I asked.It's possible you're picture resolution is too high, does it not print anything or does it print a gray area in place of it.Also Crystal plays better with bitmap images for some reason.What format is your image and is it an OLE Object or are you linking to it?Updating the printer drivers to the latest may or may not help.

its not printing anything in place of the picture, just blank. We have inserted bitmap picture to crystal report. Intrestingly this happens with one of our report only, any picture we add is not getting printed over the network printer.
