Is there a way to print group headers across multiple columns? I have an orphaned group header at the bottom of column 1 and I want to display the group header at the top of column 2 instead of leaving the data alone in column two. The option 'repeat group header on each page' does work if the group spans multiple pages. I essentially want to do the same thing across columns. Can someone help?
