I haved added line numbers for the details section using 'if RecordNumber < 10 then "00" & RecordNumber'. Works fine, but the format is 001.00.  How can I loose the .00 ending up with just the 3 numbers 001?

Thanks
David

Depending on what version of crystal you are using, right click the field in the report and choose" format field">"customize".You can pick and choose how numbers are shown there.

You should be able to access the "Format Field" from the "Format" heading in the tool bar.Highlight the field you want to change and hit Format>Format Field.

All fields have a "format" option.
