Hi,
    How to create a dynamic array and manipulate the accountnumbers inside the array which is comma separated.

right now the reprot filter condition is like this:
if {?AccountNumber} = 'ALL'
    then
       {REMITTANCES.APPLICANT_AC_NO} = {REMITTANCES.APPLICANT_AC_NO}
    else
       {REMITTANCES.APPLICANT_AC_NO} = {?AccountNumber}

This is the paramater value. {?AccountNumber}.Here we need to pass the parsed values eg.0012000014,0012000030,0011000031

use SPLIT() to make the array
Access the array using the indexes [index], ie if you want to see the 1st array value array[1].  To find the largest index of the array use UBOUND(arrayName).

Look in CR Help file about arrays for more information
