I have a helpdesk ticket. The ticket has multiple assignments to differrent teams. If anyone of those assignments has been made to Team X - do not select that ticket for the report.

I am having a problems figuring out the code to bypass those records that have an assignment to Team X.

I am using Crystal 11.

Thanks all..

if you do not want to do this in your source type (stored proc, view, command, etc.) then you can do this through group selection
if you group on the ticket
make a formula to 'flag team x' rows as
if table.assignedteam = 'team x' then 1 else 0
SUM this at the ticket group level
SUM(@flag,ticket)
now any ticket that had team x assigned will have a value > 0
use that in the group select statement
SUM(@flag,ticket)=0
