Because you're using 6 stored procedures to return your data, Crystal is unable to push the joins for the data down to the database.  So, it has to pull ALL of the data into memory and then join it together as part of its own processing.  If the data is large, this will cause performance issues and can cause out of memory errors.

I would see if you can build a single stored procedure for your report that will consolidate and join the data from your 6 other stored procedures so that you can push the work to the dabase.

Thanks for the answer, but combining 6 stored procedure into one stored procedure is pretty difficult task, there are so many joins are there, time being i informed users to select the investor from the parameter list..

Could you tell me how many maximum records can pull the crystal report?

You could create one stored procedure that calls the 6 others and joins the data rather than trying to fit the logic of all 6 into a single stored procedure.

There is no maximum limit to the number of records Crystal can pull when the work of joining and filtering the data is done by the database.  Your errors are coming up because Crystal has to join the data in memory instead of having the database do it.
