Anyone have any idea why crystal report viewer always default to paper size "Letter" althought at report design we already define the paper size that we are using. In my case, i use custom paper size. I want to default to my report design paper size. Any idea how to do it? because it is so troublesome for client to choose the right paper size each time they wanna print it..
