Hi,

I have a start date and end date parameter.
Is it possible to have the end date default to whatever is put in start date?

Thanks

If the value for the end date is going to be the value of the start date, you could just refer to the start date twice. But then there's no point in having the end date parameter.

no thats the problem, they want an option to allow for one day and I figured it would be nice if they put in 1/1/11 then the end date would default to that, but its possible to put in 2/1/11

Thanks

Use a selection expert formula.

If end date is null (or whatever it is when they don't fill it in), default it to start_date + 1 or something (so it's one day).

Otherwise, the range is as usual.

Set the default value for your end date parameter to a single space.
