Hello all.

We currently have a VB6 application that calls Crystal 10 reports. We are porting the application to .Net and ran into a problem testing on a workstation that is Windows 7 64 bit. The application calls the report but it is just a greyed out screen.

Any ideas?

Would updating the reports to CR 2008 and replacing the viewer and other Crystal DLLs in our application with the ones from CR 2008 do the trick?

Or is CRs just not 64 bit compatable?

Thanks a ton for any help at all.
Thanks a lot.

yes.  we had to move to CR2008 for the same reason as CR XI wouldn't run.

Though, for our app, we still needed to use the 32 bit dll's

Crystal is not natively 64-bit at this point.  You have to have the 32-bit .dll's AND 32-bit data drivers - for example, it won't connect to a 64-bit ODBC connection, you have to create a 32-bit ODBC connection instead.
