Topic: Formula to Show Month

Good Morning,
Does anyone know who to write a formula which will accept a value and from that value return the human readable month from the value passed?
Thanks :)

Yes. You can use the MonthName(x) function that takes in a number x and returns the name of the month (ie: if x = 10, it will return "October")
The function also accepts a boolean value along with the number, so if you want to show Oct instead you can just write
MonthName(10, True)

Thanks, thats great! How do I tell a formula to expect a value to be passed to it and then use it?
Thanks :)
