Hi together, i have the following problem:
When i installed Crystal reports 2008 last week, i was trying to search for suitable upgrades, but after a long time of nothing happening, the following error message pops up:

INTERNET CONNECTION NOT DETECTED
Connect to the internet to access online Crystal Reports resources,
including product add-ons, samples, and the latest product updates.

I am using a proxy server in the company.
 
Can anybody help ?

i solved it meanwhile, it was the firewall that blocked the internet access.
