Hi all,am new to crystal reports.is there any way of showing a particular term in bold letters while concatenating two or three terms.

Ex:- pay to the order of + bank trm + amount in words.


The bank term has to be shown in block (bold) ......

Yes, instead of using a formula, you can cread a text box that has both text and fields in it and just bold the particular portion of the contents that need to be in bold.  Using your example, it might look like this in the designer:
 
pay to the order of {table.bank_trm} {table.amount}
