Hi, I have a running total field, and I would like to show the final running total (or total) in the report header. Can someone please help me figure this out?

Thank you!
Thanks for your help!

RTs do not function in headers. Only Summaries that can be created using the insert summary function (sigma button) can reside in a header.
you would have to use a subreport in the header to dispaly the RT.

DBlank, how do I summarize the first occurrence of a group of repeated fields that change with a new username? For instance, I want to show the Item total of 300 for this report and the Price total of $130.00.

For example, I have:
Name                    Items                                     Price
Bill                       100                               $45.00
                          100
                          100
                          100
Cliff                     200                               $85.00
                          200
                          200
                          200

But I want...
Name                  Items          Total Items           Price   Total Price
Bill                       100             300               $45.00      $130
                          100
                          100
                          100
Cliff                     200             300               $85.00      $130
                          200
                          200
                          200

Thanks for your help!

Are you showing all of the detail records in your sample or are there more that are suppressed?

Looks like
Total Items = SUM(items,username)
Price =?
Total Price = ?
