Hello Folks,

  I have the report where am using 3 different commands with 3 different queries . And i have parameters for each command.Everything works fine. BUt when i try to run the report and give the parameter value as string. It throw me the error. If i enter the string enclosed with single quotes the report runs fine. Is there anyway that i can get rid of the single quotes ??

Put the quotes around the parameter(s) in the command(s).  It will look something like this:

Field = '{?MyParam}'

Also, how much data are your queries returning?  One of the problems with using multiple commands in a Crystal report is that the database doesn't join the data from the commands.  Instead, Crystal pulls in all of the data from each of the commands and then does the joins in memory.  This can significantly slow down a report if there is a lot of data being returned.  In that case it's better to try to join all the data together in a single query using subqueries.  If the results of each command is a fairly limited number of rows, it's not as big of an issue.
