Hi People,

A client wants a total weight listed on his invoice form. I have put in the field that lists the unit weight of the items and suppressed it. I made a summerized string of the unit weight field and its in the report footer.

It picks up the weight but then it doubles the weight. So i put in one item, unit weight of 100kg's and the sum string shows 200kg's. Anyone knows why its doing this?

Likely you have 2 rows of data per item that you want to summerize

What are your 'summarized string' formulas. If you are using vatriable formulas you may be counting an extra row that is actually the footer.

Usually you need 3 formulas for this type of thing, A reset formula in a header, a formulas to calcualte per row and a formula to display the results in the footer
