I'm currently grouping my report like this:

1. SourceName
   2. SubidName --> Distinct Count Running Total

I want to add a new level of grouping called AOI that only applies to one name in the SourceName Group and have the running total reset on each change of the new group. Example:

1. SourceName
   2. SubidName
      3. AOI (IF SourceName = "DRP" AND AOI="Healthcare")

Is this possible?

depends on what you want your report to look like exactly.

you can group on a formula field which can be defined as your criteria
if SourceName = "DRP" AND AOI="Healthcare" then "AOI DRP" else "other"

set your rt to reset at group level 3.
you can also conditionally suppress group level 3
